3 Tips to Keep You Motivated

motivation-markerWhether you are hoping to become a professional athlete, dreaming of performing on Broadway, or simply trying to lose weight, success requires hard work!  A lot of people give up.  Here are three of my favorite quotes that help me stay motivated.

Excellence is never an accident.  It is a habit.
—Aristotle

If you want to reach your goal, you must work at it every single day!  There are no shortcuts.

Excellence is the gradual result of always striving to do better.
—Pat Riley, basketball coach

Everybody fails occasionally.  Winners are the people who learn from their mistakes and keep trying.

If you are content with the best you have done, you will never become the best you can be.
—Unknown

We live in a world that expects instantaneous results.  Whether we’re doing an internet search, learning to play the piano, or going on a diet, we want immediate results.  But success doesn’t work that way.  Set high goals and work hard.  You’ll undoubtedly have good days and bad days, but that is the recipe for success.
